i think it's just the one that is $250 but the $200 one doesn't

Yes if you buy a pack that cost $250 it comes with a memory card

I don't own a PSP, but every other game system you buy does not come with a memory card, you have to buy it seperate, about 20 bucks.

if you buy it new yes it comes with a 32mb, if you buy it used like at gamestop or EBgames, they dont come with one
