It really depends on the breed of chicken and the age and what she has been eating. Live weight of a hen that will make it to the grocery store is usually 5 lbs. Once eviscerated (i.e. de-gutted) it's about 3 lbs. Our Cornish hens got up to 8 lbs, where as our Bantam hens rarely got above 4 lbs.
