Saturated Limewater has a pH of about 12.4 according to www.reefkeeping.com. An interesting read at 3 O'clock in the morning !!

It Alkali, and depending on the concentration, between 12 and 13!

It's really confusing as some texts say its 12.4, but, I think 12.1 could be the right answer.

I just happen to have a beaker of it nearby. I measured it at about 12. I assume you mean saturated.
