Hi,
since you are starting a hr company, your name should also bear in mind how long do you plan to be in that business, if it is long enough, then look at some non copyright infringing name.
Make HR part of the pvt ltd companies name (as this is mandatory nowadays as set by the ROC that you got the company's name to reflect the nature of business)
"People search" is a good one.

Since you want your company to sound professional, the only name you can logically use is your name followed by "Executive Consulting" i.e. Joseph (not Joe) Smith Executive Consulting or if your middle name is David for instance; "J. David Smith Executive Consulting". Anything else sounds to gimmicky.
