Its used for moving small amounts of liquid, its used by squeezing the end of it. I think its a 'perpet' or something but i don't know how its spelt. First correct wins a best answer.

It is called a dropper if it has just a rubber cap that is squeezed.
A pipette can be used with a rubber squeeze ball if measurement is needed. There is also a squirt bottle for water.
