I have a brother and him and his wife plus their two kids live in the same house as my dad and I, But the kids are going on 2 and 3 and my brother lets one kid sleep in the bed with him and his wife and the other sleeps in the crib. The problem is they have 2 big dogs that also sleep with them and sh**s all over and they sleep in that room with the dog poo and old molded food.. Can someone tell me where I can find on the internet about the law of families living in the same house, but the child of different sex sleep all in the same room..

The family sleeping together is not illegal, nor is it the problem. The dog feces and old food are. Do a search for Family and Children's Services (in whatever province or state you live in) and look on their website to see what you can do about it.

Whoever owns the house should speak to them about health concerns. If that's your dad, he needs to speak up. If it's a rental, inform the landlord. If that has no effect, then informing the local authorities would be the next step.

The smells are not contained in the room and affect the whole house. If people are using products (like Febreze or Glade plug-ins) to try to make up for the smelliness, those products cause even more health problems! Health officials might be contacted.

Call the dept of social services or whoever in your town handles child abuse if you don't know who they are call the local police and ask them for the number.
They need to clean up the dog poop. This is dangerous and your dad should not have to put up with this. This is negligent of your brother and his wife.
