pms symptoms?

gf and i had intercourse on non-fertile day with condom and withdrawel. I never ejactulated either. She is now 5 days late and has been experiencing cramping from light to hard and then they stop and soon come back. She has all pms signs,no spotting little tender bbs. She has been extremely stressed since intercourse, many reasons. She has stopped her usual exercising too. She feels just like shes about to get period. Am i being paranoid

Buy a pregnancy test, they can show results from as early as a day before a period is due.
You can sometimes get pains similiar to period pains when newly pregnant , I used to call them settling in pains.
You sound with all the precautions you took that this is not what you want, so go get the test to either put your minds at rest or so you are in the know.

No, I bet she is pregnant. I had all of those PMS like symptoms and was pregnant each time with three babies . Not all at once. If she is more tired than usual, then YES! Get prenatal care, it is important!!!

There are lots of reasons that women have late periods or miss them altogether. It sounds unlikely that your girlfriend is pregnant. Don't worry about it.

It sounds really unlikely that she's pregnant if you used a condom and didn't ejaculate. Stress can throw off a cycle, so that might be it.
