When is it too much like when I being lectured by my dad and I think of something funny to lighten up the mood but stay shut up because I fear his reprimandation. Or when I get in on of those weird moods and everything is new and also awkward( i.e., In class)

You can take it seriously but I do think everybody needs a release or some form of enjoyment that allows them to get away from the day to day BS that you do have to take seriously. I think a majority of people in the USA are miserable because they never have fun anymore. When road rage shootings and fights at Pee-Wee sporting events are common something is wrong in the culture.....
