Today is my boyfriend's last day at his crappy job. He's starting a new/better one in a week. I was going to take in pizza for his last day but I dont' want to spend $30. Any other ideas? Also, he works at a grocery store, if that helps.

Well aren't you sweet for even thinking about doing something! I think it's usually up to the other people at the job to do that sort of thing. If they don't, he'll be that much happier that he left that crappy place!
If I were you I'd think about what the most fun thing you guys ever did together AFTER work, and plan to do it again tonight.

Just get him a greeting card for when he comes home. Cook/bake him his favorite treat or dinner,, no need to make a big deal at his job. My husband took me out to my favorite "modest" place to eat on my last day on the job after work.

Has he been there long? If not, don't bother with anything. If he's been there for quite a while and really likes the people, take some cookies and put them in the break room.
