1. Do you know what KGB means literally? (yes or no, without searching in Wikipedia, LOL)

2. KGB associates primarily with:
2.1 SSSR
2.2 Belarus
2.3 something in the past
2.4 present thing
2.5 other (precise, please, what)

I will explain the reason why I ask it by the end of the period assigned for answers.

The KGB is associated with Russia. It was their secret government police. Much like the FBI in the United States.

I'm assuming 2.5 is the answer you're looking for. I have no idea what it is. Maybe a business name or a product on the market. Here's a link to one of them. A game boy accessory.

Russia has had a bad reputation concerning its secret services. A "secret service" under most dictatorships means a "silent army" which reports only to the highest authority in the country - usually the dictator himself. Russia has had a long history of many such agencies. It was called the KGB under Josef Stalin, but its modern descendant has another name (and another acronym). It was highly repressive and responsible for the murder of millions of people.

Yes. I don't know exactly what it translates to in russian, but the KGB were known as Soviet secret police/spies.

I'd say it was closely related to the USSR.
