Maybe circulation.
Get up and get moving. Try walking 15 minutes twice a day at a fast pace. Cut down on salty food.
Take supplements, multi-vitamin, B-complex, C, and iron if you are under 30.
Talk to the pros at your local Health Food Store or Herbalist.
They can zero in on exactly what supplements you need to correct this.
But the main thing is get a variety in your diet. Your are missing important vitamins and minerals in combination that is right for your life.

Are you taking any medications? I've heard some people who take Singulair for allergies/asthma have had that problem.
