Give your present company a chance who knows what may happen - you may leave to go to another place and hate it I know someone who complained that her boss was too pushy, always picking on her, always giving her advice, etc. She left a secure company enviroment to work someplace that offers a few dollars more but closer to home. There however she could not use her cellphone, only had 20mins lunch and so much restrictions she regret leaving her first job
So stay there and experience it, you could always apply for another job in the future.

There really is no difference between McDonalds and Burger King, so do what you want.

sometimes pay might not matter meaning---more pay /lousy boss or unhappy employee---less pay / happy employee great boss. Are you happy at your job then stay
