It is I know a hard one because in the first thought you realise there are lots of days you wish you could change. When considering which is the worst day you automatically think of a more recent day.
I have spent a long time trying to decide on one day and have really struggled to do so....you may find it easier than I.
The one day I would change would be three days before my appendix burst, then I would have a smaller scar and would have suffered less, thus regaining more time I could have enjoyed on other things.

I know exactly what day I would change... I would change the day I left Texas for Military training. The one thing that I would change would be not listening to my intuition and telling my best friend that I was in love with him. Yes we did end up getting together eventually but it took 5 long years. In that 5 years a lot happened that didn't need to and a lot of time was wasted when we could have been together. Even though I can't help to think that maybe we were supposed to wait until we were more mature to be in such an intense relationship but I would like to go back to that day and listen to my intuition instead of succumbing to fear of rejection.

The one worst day would be when i split with my ex but i wouldn't change it cause then it wouldn't have me the person that i am now and doing things that i love and not wasting any time being stuck in a rut.

It wouldn't be a specific day, but I would go back to 1986 to when I was going out with a girl called Samantha. I loved this girl but lost her and it was my own fault - I would go back and do everything I could to keep her.

the day i told my best friend her husband was cheating on her ,she would not believe me ,she choose to believe him & and his lies & i was made out to be the bad person . everyone in the village knew he was cheating on her ,but she would not have none of it
next time i will let her find out the hard way - when he leaves her
