Depends on what the accident is, multiple pile up on motorway? probably not.

If you mean a 'slip up' ? of course it is possible to get pregnant assuming that you are female, there's not a lot of distance for those pesky sperm to navigate is there?

The anal opening leads to the rectum (the storage area for feces prior to defecation), which is one segment of the large intestine. The large intestine is an organ that is part of the exclusive and fully-enclosed gastrointestinal (GI) tract, which is open at a person's lips, ending at the anal opening. More importantly, regarding your question, the GI system is not directly connected with the reproductive tract; therefore, sperm entering the anus cannot swim through the GI tract to reach the egg in the reproductive tract. Similarly, sperm entering the mouth cannot cause pregnancy.

The only way a woman might possibly become pregnant from anal play is if ejaculated semen is near the opening of the vagina and that semen happens to work its way deep into the vaginal opening. Otherwise, there is no chance of conception with anal sex.

I've never had full on anal sex but i've read many things.
There has certainly been more than one occasion of a woman becoming pregnant after anal. It is very uncommon but still possible simply due to the sperm dripping and finding its way from your bum hole to the vagina. It only needs to be a small amount to get pregnant. But like i say its very unlikely. I think you should always use a condom when having anal sex anyway to prevent infection.

Yes, it is possible. If the sperm gets near enough to the vagina, and you are fertile, then it is possible to become pregnant.

You can also get chlamydia, crabs, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, Herpes, HIV, HPV (warts), syphilis, hepatitis C and NGUY (for the guy) from anal sex. (More information here: http://www.dph.sf.ca.us/sfcityclinic/stdbasics/stdchart.asp).

What's more, my roommate in college had a friend who engaged in anal sex with her boyfriend. One time during sex, her colon come out of her body. About 1/2 - 1 foot of her colon actually came out of her recturm! She required surgery. She also had the pleasure of explaining to family what happened and (in her case), she had to get the money for surgery from her parents.

Anal sex is not safe. Even if you are in a monagamous relationship and thus, there is no risk of STD transmission, it is SO unhealthly for your body. There are long-term side effects for the person who was on the bottom's digestive tract. The person who is on the top is prone to bladder infections (but these are generally short-term and treatable). Our bodies were not made to used in this way, and it's very unhealthy to engage in anal sex. Please research the risks and such. It can cause hemorrhoids, anal fissures, skin irritation, fecal leaking, pinworms and even a damaged anal sphincter which is associated with heavy flatus and/or fecal incontinence, chronic constipation and, ultimately, megacolon.

Seriously, if it helps, try to remind yourselves that your significant other's penis is coming into contact with your bowel movements. There are no positive health effects from engaging in anal intercourse. Also, the pleasure you are seeking from anal sex is short term, but the health effects can last for a lifetime. Can you imagine being in your 80s and still dealing with chronic constipation and hemorrhoids because of what you did when you were younger?

Thanks for reading! I hope this information has been helpful!

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

What do you mean by accident?
If you are having anal sex and the guy pulls out to ejaculate over your butt, then some sperm can leak into your vagina and impregnate you, so be careful alright!?!
