"Thanks to all" is correct in both sentences.
I would write "Thanks to all of you for answering."
It seems more personal to me, even though it not as succinct.

Well first off your question is not. It shouldbe grammatically correct.. not correct grammatically.
Now to help you with your question.
"Thanks all" is more of a slang, it is used regularly however "Thanks to all" is correct. This goes for both 1 and 2.
