We usually download lost each Wednesday, but now next episode is not until February?? Does anybody know why they have shown 6 episodes of Season 3 and now stopped until February next year. What is the reason behind this?? Do they want us to hang on until then.........

Yay my favorite show.
OK. Last year they played a episode or two then ran repeats. The season is pretty much only 22 or so episodes, so in order to last the entire season they did it that way. People complained about so many reruns. So, this year they split the season instead of playing reruns.

In the first two seasons people complained about the periodic reruns interrupting the story line. Three of four new episodes would air and then there would be some reruns. By having a fall and a spring run of episodes there will be no repeats. Wednesday nights will seem a bit incomplete without my LOST fix but it will be nice to have all new episodes when in returns.

They stopped for sweeps, it was a mid season finale. But as soon as it comes back February 7th, 2007, it'll be the other 16 episodes back to back to back, no repeats. So, be happy about that.

Yes, it is a break for sweeps and also for the holidays and specials.
But starting in Feb. there will be 16 new episodes!!!
1 week doen, 11 more to go!

I've got the sneaky impression that they are going to wait until the UK have caught up with the USA so it will stop us downloading it as you know its starts on sky on Sunday :(
