My husband came in for 15 days and he is leaving saturday morning to go back to guam and he will not be back till after our 1 year anniversary.... (he is in the Navy) So it is 3 months we have been married tomorrow and i want to know if yall have any ideas on what i can do to make it really romantic and exciting??????

Just do everything he wants you to do as often as he wants it and send him off the last day with something he never asked you to do. That will definitely keep him wanting to get back.
