It's from 1979, and is seen as being really 70s ... but in reality, it sounds stuck between the 70s disco and the 80s new wave sound. Does anyone agree?

It wasn't a cookie cutter disco song, more of an original at the time. I wouldn't have classified it as typical 70s, but I don't think it's very new wave.

It was heavily influenced by the 70's. Wouldn't call it 80's at all.

yeah, i agree....

those borderline 70s are the link between "really" 80's music (after '81, i would say) and "really" 70s music (before '78).

yah it does sound 80's. but they have more of a 60's feel.

No jean skirts, they did not positioned on those, and %. one or the different leg heaters or leggings.and make constructive your hair is teased and your make-up/hair looks variety of trailor trashy (now to not offend every person)
