Breaking up with one brother to date another is a risky proposition. It could cause a great deal of conflict in their household and impact their family relationship. If he was really nice, he wouldn't be hitting on his brother's girlfriend, if you get my point. He's not respecting boundaries or relationships. You don't really know his motivations for going after you, so I'd be super cautious about this if I were you.
