Ive have been really stressed out bad. My period is usually around 29 to 33 days apart but im now 2 days late. I want to know if stress could cause the delay. Please help

yes when i moved i was really stressed out .. my period was almost two weeks late and of course i thought i was pregnant but i wasn't just stressed. so try not to worry unless u want to be pregnant..

Stress can cause your periods to be late, when your cycle is late (when you are 1 day after your missed period), you can then take a pregnancy test. Once you receive the result, which in your case is probably negative, then you can relax and your period should come with 2 - 3 days.

Ya it does and you knwo what else, when you're stressed out waiting for your period to come, delays it it's like your body playing games with you

yes, at times stress or anxxiety causes my period to be late at times.
but not more then 3-4 days.

Yes it can. The same thing happened to me about a year ago. Just wait a couple of days and if you still don't come on go to the doctor.

YES! Stress CAN..100%...cause your period to be LATE!
(Specially if your worried about, being worried about, WHY it is late. LOL)

Both physical and emotional stress can alter the cycle. It can even make you miss a month!
