It is not a good idea to give a rabbit a bath. It takes the natural oils out of their fur and it can give them pnuemonia if you expose them to a draft afterwards or get the water too cold, causing them to die in a day or so.
You mentioned that the rabbit's ears and nose are getting dark. That sounds like you may have a Himalayan or Californian type of marked rabbit instead of the ears and nose possibly getting dirty. Those type of rabbits will normally get darker on their nose, ears, feet and tail when it gets colder or darker.
If the rabbit has stains on it. Use a cloth dampened with white vinegar to work on the stains. Rinse with a cloth damp with warm water, then dry as thoroughly as you can with a dry towel.
Normally a rabbit will lick itself clean like a cat will, but you can treat some fur stains like I mentioned above.

Rabbits are usually pretty self sufficient in the hygene area; however, a mild, tempid bath may be given every couple of months. You can purchase the correct shampoo at a Petsmart or other pet store, or take him in and have him bathed by a professional. If you choose the do it your self method, It is best to have water ready for your pet before you bring him in to the area where you will be bathing him, just the sound of water can startle the little guy(a large sink is best, a bath is usually too large and you will only need a small amount of water). Make sure to dry the little guy thouroughly. This is important in making sure he doen't get sick. The best way to keep your bunny nice and clean there after is to change his cage AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE as rabbits are messy creatures!

NO, do NOT give your rabbit a bath. Rabbits are like cats; they clean themselves. If in any case your rabbit's fur is dirty, you may use a cloth with some warm water and clean it, and dry it immediately. You should never soak your rabbit OR put any shampoo, sprays on it because rabbits are sensitive.

I would let her clean herself. Rabbits have very sensitive skina nd you would probably do more harm than good. If its a problem with the ears let the vet figure out what to do.

Just wipe her ears with a wet cloth if she lets you. But I don't recommend giving her a bath, I don't think rabbits deal well with that (similar to cats).
