You certainly can!!!!! It's not illegal, because you are telling the truth!!!

Some states and counties have posted the names in newspapers!

Yours is a great idea, it may catch on!!!!

I am not sure, however, it would not be slander, for it is the truth. I would do it, what will he do, if he is not paying child support he can or will not hire an attorney. The state of Ohio does this when men fall so far behind and post them in the Post office and Social Service agencies. I say go for it, he deserves it for not maintaining his responsibility off his children. God bless*

I think that more effective way is to request an assistance from the Child Support Services. They have experience in dealing with parents who do not comply with court order.

I don't know, but there are places where you go to report dead beat dads, and they post the picture up on the news and say he refuses to pay.

Look in your local neighborhood and see if they have a DEAD BEAT DAD board or e-mail site.Get him where it hurts, go see the District attorney and get him for back support.

no you cant do this. if you did he could get you for it and i dont think you want to pay for doing something stupid and let the kid go to him. in ks if you dont pay child support you either go to jail for set time limit or you get your dl taken away.
