When Aries and Pisces come together in a love match, they can be very good for one another. Aries is a strong Sign; they are almost completely prey to their impulses, which they follow without a second thought to the outcome or possible consequences. Dreamy Pisces is much quieter and more internally-focused; they're the Poets of the Zodiac. On the surface an Aries and a Pisces may seem an unlikely pair, but when there's love involved, they can truly fulfill one another's needs. Pisces is very intuitive, both as a person and as a lover; Aries must take care to return this favor so Pisces won't begin to see their Aries partner as stingy and selfish. Aries is a leader with tons of initiative. When Aries finds someone attractive they'll launch the pursuit without a second thought. When the 'prey' is gentle Pisces, Aries tends to take on the role of protector. The funny thing is, Pisces is the real protector, as the intuitive, deeply understanding partner who provides a relaxing sort of refuge for hectic Aries. Pisces is a Water Sign; they can fill any container, so to speak. They are so giving and empathetic that sometimes they can become something of a doormat -- they give themselves completely to their partners, and if their partner can't do the same, trouble may result. Pisces understands Aries in a deeper way than most other Signs do, so this can help alleviate this type of problem: Pisces knows how to keep Aries from becoming overly brash or rash. Together they form a dynamic team when they combine Aries's directness with Pisces's intuitive understanding of other people. Aries is ruled by the Planet Mars (Passion) and Pisces is ruled by the Planets Jupiter (Luck) and Neptune (Illusions). Mars brings passionate action to Neptune's dreamlife. Aries helps Pisces bring their fantasies into reality. Jupiter lets Pisces help Aries tone down their overt style of operation. Aries is a Fire Sign and Pisces is a Water Sign. Though these opposite elements can sometimes create trouble for one another (Fire makes Water evaporate, Water douses Fire). However, they can combine to make a great team: Pisces can help Aries relax a little and learn listen to others' feelings, while Aries teaches Pisces to get out into the world and take the kinds of risks that lead to real payoff. This is an effective lesson for Pisces, who definitely has the brain power to figure out which risks are good ones to take and which are best left alone. Aries and Pisces must simply negotiate to ensure their balance is maintained.
Aries is a Cardinal Sign and Pisces is a Mutable Sign. Unlike Aries, Pisces doesn't need to be the leader or 'on top.' They enjoy lending a hand when they're needed, but certainly don't need to direct a project -- a good thing, since Aries needs that position for themselves. Together these two Signs can achieve a positive end to any project they decide to undertake. What's the best aspect of the Aries-Pisces relationship? They really have a lot to learn from each other. Pisces shows Aries how to empathize and care; Aries teaches Pisces how to make dreams happen rather than just thinking about it! Theirs is a truly reciprocal relationship.
Best Wishes and Good Luck :-)

This match can be the odd couple of the Zodiac. You could not ask for two creatures more different in nature than vigorous Aries and Pisces the dreamer. Aries is the child of the Zodiac, being the first in line and Pisces is the final stage in the starry evolution that is marked by the patterns of the Signs. Passion or romance will bring even you together if these aspects are favoured in your charts, for you are each deeply passionate creatures in your different ways and can share a fulfilling sexual relationship.
Aries, the Ram, ruled by passionate Mars is a Fire Sign, and Pisces, the Fishes, ruled by healing Jupiter and dreamy Neptune, is a Water Sign, so the mixture can really create some steam. Use stimulants or intoxicants in moderation, otherwise they will cloud and confuse things for you. If your relationship is to move beyond a honeymoon, you will have to put time and effort into getting to understand one another.
As you are both creative souls, interests of this kind can cement your bond. Cardinal Aries is a pioneer and Mutable Pisces is drawn to seek that which is by nature out of reach, so it may also be spiritual interests or beliefs that form a common bond. You will need such an external interest, otherwise the mystery you present to each other may overwhelm you both in time. Aries will want to rush ahead and Pisces will be dithering in the wake of this blazing streak. And, if the Ram's heroic endeavours are not praised and supported, love could quickly grow cold. Aries may decide in a split second on something that Pisces will worry or wonder over for days. You have little patience with inaction, but will need to learn some here. Equally, your Fishy friend may find your constant emphasis on the self and forward motion both alarming and off-putting and must learn to let you run on a long leash.
Learn how to step back and take the gentle path, for your Pisces partner may simply feel overwhelmed or even bullied by your tactics. With this match, the fiery Ram enters the waters of the Fishes. Blunt honesty and direct action, your specialities, will not avail you anything if Pisces wants to be solitary or secretive. No amount of brow-beating will make the watery one tell what you demand to know. The lesson is again one of restraint. Wait till your mysterious partner is ready to come up from the depths and reveal all.
However, this doesn't mean that the traffic is all one way. Intuitive Pisces will at times take action, move ahead or even just drift away in a manner that straightforward Aries will find daunting to say the least. With time, patience and a loving understanding, this can blossom into one of the more unusual relationships in the Zodiac. Without them, it will not.

I am Aries and Pisces
Pisces long for strength in a lover and you can easily provide this, Aries. Pisces is a tender sign, directed outward toward the world in a creative and self-sacrificing way. They don't want to make the decisions all the time and will gladly hand over the reins to you. Their minds and spirits are often elsewhere, not locked into the mundane task of living. You will be continually astounded at their willingness to help others but horrified at how the world can take advantage of them. When you point this out, your Pisces will nod in agreement but respond by saying that it's a small price to pay. They deal with a higher good, but this is a hard point for an Aries to understand. Being the first sign of the zodiac, your role is to say "Me first!" But Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, and therefore a combination of all the other signs that came before. In a nutshell, Pisces rules universal love.
Some say Pisces are old souls, having been through all the other signs previously, and have a great inner light. What matters to you probably won't matter to them, for they deal on a spiritual plane that is difficult for you to relate to. Still, they adore your spunk, high spirits and salty view of life and know they can count on an honest answer from you if they ask. Don't be too critical of your sweetheart, Aries, for he or she may have a key to human nature and a view of suffering that eludes you.
Pisces will not be too demanding or clingy, for they have their own creative path to follow. They will enjoy their time with you, look forward to the parties and dinners you set up, and then be content to drift away into their own sphere again to refresh themselves. Since they are such sponges for other people's problems, they have to rinse themselves of other's cares once in a while. They can't recharge their inner energy when they are out about. One Pisces says, "When I am under stress, I imagine I have crawled under a banana leaf, somewhere near water, where no one can find me." Pisces hide until they instinctively know they are strong again, ready to shoulder the worries of the world. There is something magical, philosophical, and deep about Pisces, which you can only sense but never really know. If you dip into their limpid pool, you will be fascinated with the world you enter, for it will be a world of Pisces' making, not the one the rest of the world knows.
You are in for a dazzling experience when you make love to your Pisces. Love is enchanting to Pisces, and they still believe in happily-ever-afters. They hope their lives will be like story-book fairy tales, and, if reality rudely intrudes, they'll be surprised and taken aback. Even years after marriage, they want to be wined and dined, cherished, and most importantly, deeply loved. Your motives and attentiveness means heaps more to a Pisces than any technique you master in bed. If your feelings are in the right place (and believe me, Pisces will know), the sex will be heavenly. If you are into lovemaking as recreation, look elsewhere, for Pisces will not respond. This sign reads body language exquisitely, and will always know your true intentions. Pisces will at times wonder why you can't seem to fathom their emotional depth and return their intense affection. Being a fire sign, you don't have their emotional spectrum, which they will vaguely notice missing in you. Nevertheless you can be the lucky recipient of their undying devotion. Pisces realizes that most will never fully understand them.
Treat your Fish with care. If you hurt them, they will swim away without warning or confrontation, never to return. Their survival instinct is very strong, and once they realize a relationship is wrong for them, they have to rid themselves of it like a toxic poison. But treat them the way you would want a lover to treat you, and they will reveal to you the whisperings of the universe and honor you with their greatest gift: pure, unconditional love.

I'm not sure about married life, but my best friend is an Aries and her boyfriend is a Pisces, and well...you be the judge.
Long story short, my friend was terribly mean to him and lost her temper and patience with him all the time because he liked to take his time with things, and was more passive. I remember her reducing him to tears (in front of me, too) and while he was crying she said something like "Dry up those fxxking crocodile tears already." Eventually, he just abruptly left her because he couldn't take it anymore. Now he's with a Capricorn and they get along great.

Not usually. Requires a lot of understanding from Pisces and a lot of patience from Aries, both difficult respectively. But don't let yourself rely solely on your signs to find out if you're compatible. Lots of successful relationships defy the laws of astrology.

Whether or not the two are a good match has nothing to do with their horoscope and everything to do with their personality and the type of person that they are.
I don't believe in horoscopes, nor do I believe anything that they claim is true. If you want to know if you and someone else are a good match you first have to get to know them, not their horoscopes.

Aries is more decisive and direct, but also somewhat more naive and simple (psychologically speaking) than Pisces is. You two can balance one another nicely. Aries depends on Pisces' sensitivity and gentleness to soothe, heal, and provide a sanctuary from the world of competing and achieving. Pisces, on the other hand, admires and probably needs Aries' forthrightness, honesty, and willingness to act boldly.
Pisces is more of a giver, and can be very self-denying, while Aries is self-absorbed, and can unintentionally take advantage of Pisces' generosity. Aries also lacks tact and subtlety sometimes, and inadvertently wounds Pisces' tender feelings.
Your instinctive emotional responses and emotional needs are so different that quite often you rub each other the wrong way or cause offence to one another unintentionally.
Aries has an eager, active, take-charge attitude that is somewhat abrasive to Pisces, who is gentle, receptive, very sensitive and rather passive.
Aries is direct and confrontational, and can be quite irritated with Pisces' vagueness, over-sensitivity, and tendency to seek escape or avoid conflict. Aries is somewhat volatile and needs to express anger and other emotions rather than bottling them up. Once released, Aries forgets these outbursts rather quickly, but Pisces is often left feeling hurt or upset by the disruption. Pisces craves peace, tranquility, and a sort of idyllic environment.
Also, Pisces has a strong need for closeness and sympathy, and is often very dependent on loved ones, while Aries prefers to be (or at least acts) self-reliant and independent. Pisces is extremely flexible and adaptable and often unfocused or unclear about personal direction, and Aries may dominate or take advantage of Pisces' willingness to give and bend.
Being together will bring many changes into your lives. You'll become more progressive, more open to experimentation and new ideas, more adventurous and less conventional. You'll foster one another's freedom and autonomy, and develop a relationship that may look odd to other people, but which truly fits your own needs and authentic selves. What may have seemed radical or too far out to you, now will become quite easy for you to accept.
The more the two of you cooperate with the impulse towards newness and "nowness" (letting go of the need to maintain the familiar, or cling to preconceived expectations), the better and more smooth your relationship will be. One of the purposes of the two of you coming together is to open you both to new ways of expressing yourselves and understanding the world.
Vigorous debates and intellectual sparring will inevitably play a key role in your relationship. What you might try to convey tactfully in other circumstances, you will state directly and unequivocally with each other. This can lead to numerous arguments and disputes, not so much due to deep differences of opinion but simply due to the way you both communicate with one another.
Both of you are warmly affectionate, passionate, expressive creatures and you need the flame of romance to be burning brightly in your lives in order to be happy. Physical love-making is extremely important to both of you, an essential aspect of your vitality and self-expression. Fortunately, you have in one another a companion who is as ardent as you are.
This is a passionate relationship, but also a rather aggressive and combative one at times. Sex may be a bit rough, crude, or insensitive as well. You stimulate each other both in sexual and non-sexual ways, but you are also inclined to irritate each other. As long as you don't end up fighting and competing with each other, you can accomplish a great deal together. However, the aggressiveness of this relationship is prone to foster anger and hurt feelings - so be careful not to incite hostility in each other.
