easily the bad boys pistons.
isiah would run laps around chauncey.
joe d vs. rip would be a good matchup.
d rod would simply outrebound sheed, tho sheed would score way more points
laimbeer is much better of an offensive threat, but wallace has the D. Laimbeer has the height advantage tho.
john salley wouldnt do GREAT against tayshaun, but wouldnt be highly outperformed either.

I gotta go with the Bad Boys. I actually think the 04 Pistons are kinda overated. Offensively, the 04 Pistons cant compete with the Bad Boys......they had way too much firepower with Isiah, Joe Du, Agguire, and Microwave. Defensively both teams are great. I think it'd be a great series, but there are times when the 04 Pistons just cant get it going offensively, and in a 7 game series , they would probably lose.

undesirable Boys will pound the 2004 Pistons! provide it a sweep... a million. bill Laimbeer will look after Wallace. he will do all the flopping and the hitting... 2. Rick Mahorn will close the lighting fixtures out of trash speaking Sheed, and could plow him on the forums... 3. Nevermind Tayshaun's lengthy tentacles... putting Rodman at small ahead, area by area with Mahorn will ruin the Prince 4. Rip? Joe Dumars will RIP him... small yet negative... 5. Isiah Thomas will plow Billups to the floor... scoring, protection, etc... The Bench? The 2004 wonder infantrymen aren't any journey for Vinnie, Aguirre, Salley, Buddha, and company...

I like the Bad Boys if 5, that being said I would have love to seen Ben Wallace on that old pistion team. Could you imagine both Dennis Rodman nad Ben Wallace on the same team. I don't know how opposing teams would get a single rebound.

Thats a great question. Today's game is much different than in the early 90's/late 80's...
Therefore I would take the Showtime Lakers in 6.

The Bad Boys had a deeper bench, so I'd take them in 7.

the bad boy pistons hands down would destroy this current pistons team as the badboys were not named badboys for no reason and were way tougher both mentally and physically then the most recent pistons championship team

depends what rules
bad boys played under a different set of rules that let them play like they did
if it was under the rules back then, bad boys, if its recent rules, then the 04 pistons would win
