With meteorites dispeling as energy in our atmosphere, and the moon haveing no atmosphere therefore "gathering" meteorites will it grow to eventuly overwhelm our mass, gravity,etc?

The moon would eventually collide with the Earth if it weren't for the fact that both the Earth and the Moon will be incinerated by the expanding Sun before that happens, making this kind of question academic.

The Moom gains mass less than the Earth because Earth has much stronger gravity and therefore will attract more space debris than the Moon will.
