When it's 2nd vs 3rd person, 2nd goes first. "...you and Bob."

If you are unsure, you can always say "It was nice to meet the both of you."
You and Bob sounds better, though

it would make more sense for you and bob..... bo and you almost sounds like your saying bob and I which would be coreect but change the meaning of the sentence

It really makes no difference, but it sounds better "you and Bob".
