someone just gave me a red leather short jacket....it is used, but very nice. I've been told red leather is out....too 70's. Want to know what real people think....I like it so decided to wear it out last night ~ got lots of compliments!

I like red leather. In fact I started to buy a red leather jacket the other day at Sams club, but I decided to wait!

I would say out... but I would have to see the jacket. If you want my personal opinion, I don't think I would ever wear red leather but some people can pull it off!

No, you were told wrong. Red leather jackets can be seen at the most expensive stores. Wear it and feel good about it.

If it's fitted/tailored to your body shape. If it cinches at the waist and flares at the hips - yeah. If it covers enough of your chest, your can wear it like a blouse, with a wide leg pant/jean if ur tall or wear it with heels.
That sounds like a really high-end sexy look. Perfect for night-time or work at an office.

I think red leather is only in when it is fall & spring because that the season for that color. Orange, Red, Mustard Yellow is all in this season!

I think it can be in if you pair it with something else. I wouldn't recommend making it the whole outfit but a flare to the current outfit. An accessory if you will.

I don't follow the "in or out" thing. I wear what I like. And totally commend you for doing the same. So as long as you like it. it is "in"
