I love shopping at Bluefly.com. They have amazing designer collections at really great prices. They do ship to Canada.
I know that doesn't exactly answer your question, but you may want to check it out. My sister got a fantastic dress there on clearance for under $50 and it used to be over $500. She was probably lucky, but they do have nice stuff.

I don't know if they have a Nordstroms there, but that's a good place to fin a dress.
