Never heard of such a part. It sounds like someone is pulling your leg. If you don't think so, then have them point it out to you and ask an honest mechanic what that part is called.

Wow. If your english is not great than excellent work, I think I understand what you are asking for.
If you are looking for the fuel pump module try in the fuel tank.

But if your english is fine and you just don't really know what you are doing or are looking for please be very careful or better yet take the van to a qualified shop. Fuel can be more than just dangerous to work with.
