I'm going to guess that by "syllabus" you mean a list of topics tested on the GRE. You can get some information from the GRE website www.ets.org. Better yet, attend a free "GRE is changing" or "Test secrets" seminar at your local Kaplan center - not only will you learn what is tested on the GRE, but you'll also see specific question types, and pick up a few strategies, too.

You can obtain a GRE study guide at a local bookstore. However, I've never heard of a GRE syllabus.
