is it rare to miss a period or have it delayed a week due to stess and emotional times. how often does this happen. Also my gf took plan b and got her period on expected date, can this next period be effected by plan-b in any way.has it happened to you.

Probably, there are several medications that have effects on the period, once I had a shot of Imitrex and I completely skipped a period. Missing periods or late periods due to stress?, happens to a lot of women all the time.

But you still need to take a pregnancy test and just make absolutely sure you guys are not pregnant. And please use backup or talk her into getting into birth control, Plan B is just that, plan B don't put her through that again, it is not good for her health.

Stress and emotions can definitely delay your period and is pretty common for high stress women. The plan B (which I assume is the high dose of BC pills within 72 hours of intercourse) can cause her body to have to readjust. I've never had first hand experience with it, but the increase in progesterone could cause delay in the next period.

anything can due to have a late period stress worrying about something.. you may never know if its going to be on the same cycle as the month before or it will be on another cycle. just as long as your gf has her period everything good to go.

yeah i have started late and early if you are taking birth control that might be part of the problem.i really didn't understand what you meant about plan-B what?is plan-B.

no, i haven't had mine in 9 months but its because i have to take birth control.
