question about outlook express?

some of my contact's e mails are going into my deleted items folder and not my inbox. how do i stop this and get them to go into my inbox?

1.) Add their e-mail addresses to your address book
2.) Create a filter to make sure Outlook puts their e-mails in the inbox.
3.) Try Thunderbird - it's free and does more than Outlook Express ever thought of doing! Filter e-mails by who sent them, what they're about or what's in them. Change how Thunderbird looks with free themes... there are even add-ons that add more things Thunderbird can do!
Thunderbird will copy over all your settings and e-mails too.
