As an email attachment. You just need to know the email address of your cell phone. I don't know what brand you have but if you explore the menus on it, or the manual as a last resort, you should be able to figure out what your phone's email address is. You may also need to establish an email account with your phone's service provider first. My phone service (Verizon) I think charges about fifty cents per email if you don't already have it set up as part of your monthly service charge.
