After coming off birth control it can take 3 months to a year for your periods to become regular--just wait it out.

After i came off birth control, i had one regular period, then they stopped for four months, and i gained weight. It was awful and i thought i was pregnant. Just wait it out.

Going off the pill will change your cycle. Be patient. take a test to calm your mind. worrying about it will also cause it to delay.

If you had your period on the 16th of last month, it has only been exactly one month since then...it is the 16th today...so you're not exactly late.

I agree with the first poster. It will take a while for your body to regulate its self. Just be patient.
