I do believe, and I have a story illustrating it.
During high school, I was a thief. I wouldn't say I was a kleptomaniac, but I did steal. I stole from stores, but I also stole from the girls change room at school. I would steal whole purses, keep the money, and then throw out the rest.
My first year out of high school I went on a trip to Europe. Our first stop was Amsterdam, Netherlands. We got off the bus, put down our bags, took out a map, and then my friend said, "Ashleigh, where's your backpack?" Gone. It couldn't have happened at a worse time.
Perfect poetic justice.

Most of the time you cant even compare the goes around with the comes around or notice them. I do believe in a kind of "Natural exchange system", I don't believe that the exchange is one on one, like if I am extremely kind to some one, I would not expect them to do the same, but on the other hand I receive satisfaction and a sensation of goodness.

Ah! A modern folk saying...who can say for sure just WTF this means? If it means that literally anything that is affecting every person will eventually affect ME, then yes, it is probably true. What is going around will eventually come around. If it means that whatever energy I generate in my life will probably have an affect on me as the person who produced the energy, then it's yes again. If it means that a person who always does good things will never have anything but good things happen to them, or conversely than a person who always does bad things will never have anything but bad things happen in their life, then it's a "no". Good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. Some of "luck" is pretty random. I don't feel like I have absolute control of all of the forces that affect my life. I know that if I try to do "good things", I probably increase the odds that other people will want good things for me and if I am mean to other people, they will probably want to be mean to me.
Sayings like this one express our deep desire to have a sense of some kind of "divine justice". We hope that nice people will have nice lives and we hope that mean people will learn that it isn't nice to be mean. But some dishonest people get rich by being dishonest and some nice people seem to lose out by being nice. So we make up sayings to show that we hope that people will get the rewards they've earned.

absolutely!! somehow ,someday we get what we give!! If you give throughout your life, in kindness, in words or deed, a shoulder to cry on/lean on, provide shelter in the rain, even a simple smile and a hello~ you will be given back the same. If you take throughout your life, take back your word, take your bad day out on another, take something that doesn't belong to you, take the easy way , not the right way, take the credit for something you didn't do~YES I Believe that somehow someday you too will be the one taken from.
