initial temperature is when t=0
e=400+121=521
temperature at the end of 5.8 min
e=400+121/e^(0.3)(5.8)
when you give a formula like this it is better to say what the various symbols stand for and their units
since i do not know in what units t has to be taken i have taken it in min.
make suitable correction if necessary

Th=400+121e^(-0.3t)
at
t=0
Th[0]=400+121
=521deg
at
t=5.8 min
Th[5.8]=400+121*e^-1.584
=400+121/e^1.584
=400+121/4.8744
=400+24.8
=424.8deg

that's a 'plug and chug' operation. You do have a calculator, don't you?

Make sure of your units for t.
