They hire inexperienced people and are horrible at any type of customer service. I have had to deal with them a number of times when buying bridesmaid's dresses for friends weddings. I find the best way to deal with them is to be firm and yet stay calm. Always ask for a manager and if that doesn't help, then ask to speak with the district manager. Good Luck!

I had problems with them also. I went to one in Michigan and it felt like they all ganged up on me when i tried on a dress telling me its beautiful and so on.. Im looking at it thinking you have no taste for dresses this is ugly as heck lol. Anyways they were very rude when i went in for a second fitting. Go to a local bridal store. They are more friendly and willing to help you in any way!!

I myself have not had any problems with them but my mother is a florist and does a lot of weddings and this one lady that came in went to Davids bridal and had a lot of problems with them. She went there picked out her dress and had it pinned and everything to be hemmed and then the store put the dress back on the rack for the public to buy!! they also lost the flower girls dress! Good luck with them!

My friend had a lot of problem with them. First, it took them at least a month and half to find her dress. And then they had to go back to them a couple of times for fitting coz they werent able to get the length of the dress right, which can be easily done by another dresser. Sure was a nightmare for them

My quickly to be sister in regulation had a controversy with them for her bridesmaid outfits. i became MOH in my lady chum's wedding ceremony and that i've got been given a promenade dress for decrease than one hundred that mandatory no variations. i think of the variations is the place they tack on the money and screw stuff up from what I hear. My bridesmaids tried on outfits there and that they have got been ok, no longer something great. service became lacking so i'd never pass back. possibly it relies upon on which save you pass to, i don't comprehend. I have been given the bridesmaid's outfits by way of Alfred Angelo-they're sluggish however the robes look captivating.

Notoriously bad service. I've heard some real horor stories.
I've been in two weddings where they used Davids and both times it was a hellious experience.

Yes we had problems too. They advertise cheap wedding dresses then when you get there they show you 5 dresses at that cheap price in abnormal sizes and act all snooty that you don't want to spend $500 on a wedding dress.

I personally have not had any experience with them, however, you can look them (or any other businesses that you are planning to work with) up in BBB (Better Business Bureau) site and see if there were any complaints against them. Their site address is: search.bbb.org
I always use this site to check on companies I am planning on working with. Good luck to you.
