People take out the tobacco and replace it with weed. Then they get high and go to 7-11 and buy Combos and Pepsi... and maybe some chips.

because people smoke weed out of them.....you arent suppose to inhale the tobacco in blunts but when you empty it out and put weed in.....you can inhale that!!!!!
