Stand above it! and admit your mistake!! I mean you decided to work for him and you made your opinions yourself, which led to you taking the employment! Remember your "gut" feeling???
.
I suggest, just forget it..a lesson learnt...apply for a new job and do not waste your time on a company and people that are not worth it. Believe me, it will come to your advantage in the end!
And remember, revenge can backfire, people can lie from their back teeth!
Forget them, they are not worth it!
good luck

Depends on the situation. When a teaching colleague at a former school annoyed me, I went to the papers when she took a school trip to the seaside and some of the pupils had to be stomach pumped after they got drunk on vodka - that one made a half page spread in the Sun. I told them I was another former colleague who left the school same time I did.
So, go to the papers. I didn't take any money - I did it out of pure malice, which was reward enough.

for the employees or the residents? if the former, then get un employment. Making them pay for you to sit on your can for a couple of months is always sweet. If it is the latter, you may want to look into what laws they may have broken. I always enjoyed seeing the businesses that really irked me getting shut down. Before you do this though, dig two graves.

Report the care home to Social Service. If not for revenge, then do it for the people they are supposed to care for.

Not wanting to sound all goodey two shoes, but i do beleive in karma (what goes around, comes around) try not to bring yourself down to a low level as you make yourself no better and you wont feel any better for it. justice has a way of being served and who knows they might ask for a refference next month and that could be your chance to strike whilst keeping your hands totally clean from getting your self in trouble because of revenge. this is the only advice i can give but should you ellaborate what they did, maybe my veiw will change.

I know exactly what you mean, I used to work at one aswell well all they cared about was making profit! Grrrr! If their treatment of the residents is really bad you should report them but other then that I think you ought to just move on and forget about them. Trust me, you'll be much happier!

Report them to Health and Safety, then if that doesn't work try Social Services and tell them that the care home is very irresponsible, you will have to do this anonymously by telling them you work there and don't want to get fired....

If you hadn't mentioned the nature of their work I could have given you some wicked ideas, an alibi and a place to hide, but just don't hurt the "care-ee's".
