If you have a fresh blood stain use cold water and baking soda. wet first and pour some baking soda on it and rub it around. rinse and repeat.
If old then use Tide Bleach for Colors. Pour it on blood stain like a stain remover before you put it in the wash. It will bubble up ( even if the blood stain is dryed.) Then wash as normal, pouring a little more Tide Bleach for Colors in with the wash. That should do the trick.

Soaking in cold water is the best way.It has to be cold!!!!Warm and hot will help keep the blood in the fabric.Pre-treat it with laundry soap rub it in directly wear the stain is.If the stain has been sitting for to long you might as well get a new pair because nothing will clean it 100% without seriously fading it or recking the material. And god forbid anyone come across a very noticable left over stain by accident(Now that would suck)Hope my advice helps)

Hydrogen peroxide will easily remove even old, dried, set-in blood stains - BUT it may leach or bleach the color of whatever the stain is on.

Test to make sure that the peroxide won't damage the color of whatever you're removing the stain from first.

Shout, spray'n wash... if its on something white those bleach pens work good. I've heard that peroxide works. The most important thing is to treat it as soon as possible, before the stain has a chance to really set.

If its new, rinse in cold water & let it soak in cold. That usually gets it out. If its already dried, then soak it in Oxiclean in HOT water. It doesn't set the stain which is contrary to common sense but I've tried it and it works beautifully. If you're not going to use the oxiclean then don't put it in hot or warm water because that will set the stain.
Sometimes I get lazy and I don't even bother to soak in the cold water so I just pop it into the Oxiclean. Works every time.

Any kind of blood you want to remove as soon as you can.
COLD water and any kind of soap or detergent will work. Wet the area in cold water, rub, pour, detergent on spot and rub together and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
I've used bar soap when nothing else was around and it worked. Or regular detergent works, or dish washing liquid works.
Just remember the COLD water, since warm or hot will set the stain rather than take it out.

When I have a stain I normally let my laundry detregent soak overnight on the stain then put it in the washer. It has worked everytime. Also if the stain is on a pair of white pants, you can always use bleach!

Put a towel under the sheet, place ice cubes on top of the stain and let them melt.
