if you mean that you are underage and someone younger than you is forcing you to have sex, that person is not a pedophile. it is illegal if they are forcing you to have sex though...it's called rape.

Pedophiles come at any age, from 18 on up to however old people can get. So they can be younger than anyone.
However, if the person is younger than 18 and feels a sexual attraction to someone also under 18, he/she will not be considered a pedophile, no matter how young the other person is. It's only considered pedophilia when there is a 18+ individual attracted to someone under the age of 18.

lol I don't think so. Unless the person being preyed upon by a younger person is not right in the head.
eg 1. A 10 year old boy molesting an 18 year old girl (nonsensical)
eg 2. A 20 year old man molesting a 25 year old woman.....That person is known as a sex offender and when it goes too far, it's called rape.
To my knowledge, a pedophile is someone (mainly adults) that takes advantage of minors in sexual behaviors. The term "minors" is very prevalent of a pedophiles' target and not the other way around. The question contradicts the term pedophile.

"Pedophilia" is an attraction to pre-pubescent children, but is normally determined by the age difference. A 10 year old trying to have sex with an 11 year old, since they are contemporaries, would be guilty of sexual assault. If that 10 year old still preferred 11 year olds in maturity, then the term pedophile would apply.

You mean younger than you, when they molest you? Or younger than you in general? I'm not sure if a child molesting another child would be a pedophile, but I guess they would be, so the answer is likely yes.

no, by the nature of the word pedophiles indicates an adult who prefers prepubescent children.
If you are underage and another underage person likes you who happens to be younger than you -- and wants to sleep with you -- neither of you are pedophiles, despite how f**ked up America often is on sex. He just likes you.

If they were touching you against your will It would constitute rape. I son't think they would be classified as a pedophile because according to the law they are not old enough to understand what they are doing
