I have noticed when playing canasta and other card games that my opponents are getting much better cards than myself, I'm not the best player and expect to lose alot, but am wondering if there is any way to even the playing field. Thank you.

It's called a "card screw" and Yahoo gives them to you when you have a achieved a high rate or played alot of games.......some people will dispute it but it is a card screw....... you will notice..the yahoo deals favour someone who has the lesser rate at the table.......or who has more loses then wins.....and if your have these 2 combined yes you will get the best cards and turn of the card. (most times).. .. The number of games played is also important when it comes to computerised deals and computerised rates...You want to get the favourable deals?....... make sure you sit even tables , that is rates that are similar to your own, or rates that add to and even total, with your P as the lowest rate at the table....make sure you p does not have many games on their profile....your P will become the hotseat......... and get the favourable deals..or make an EVEN table where YOU are the lowest rate, hence you are playing higher rates.........keep in mind yahoo is a computerised game hence a computerised mathematical formula that take alot of things into account....... so the deals are pre set on each server......... watch....... and you will see
