Problem is that my siblings don't get on with each other and two have lived and continue living free off my mother's property, one of them is the administrator of the estate. Mother did not leave a will. Others are losing out and have lost out for past 14 yrs. The two occupiers will not budge, will not discuss, being absolute ********s.
I can't afford hefty solictors bills on my own, do you have any suggestions please? There are five children involved. I am fed up with this situation. Appreciate your thoughts and thanks in advance

You can normally have a free session with a solicitor who would be able to give you advise. Contact Citizens Advise Bureau and they will put you in touch with a solicitor who provides this service. Good luck in your endeavours.

By your terminology I would see that you are possibly in the UK. Therefore, its difficult to give any more than general advice.

You will, however, probably need to retain a solicitor. If your mother died without a will, then the there are statutes which govern who takes what property and in what shares. A court makes the determination.

You need to contact a solicitor to obtain his/her services in procuring your share.

as your mother died intestate the estate must be split equally between the immediate family consult a solicitor (many of them will give the first consultation free, but ask first) It won't cost that much anyway you're entitled to your share (by law) and a solicitors letter may be the push they need!

If your mom is not sick and doesn't have memory problems she can still make a will out now. Get her to a lawyer as soon as you can becuase if your mom doesn't have a will you may not get anything in the end.
