This has the makings of a trick question. If you mean a surface lake where the water's depth is measured, I would be compelled to agree with the answers given above (Crater Lake, Oregon).
But if you want the question to be taken for its literal translation (with semantics involved), than that would have to be the Edwards Aquifer. It has a subsurface depth of over 3000 feet; however, it only has a water depth of approx. 680 feet.
