I have an interview for Target at corporate in NYC.
I was wondering if anyone knew if this is a good company to work for.

I know people who work in the corporate ladder at Target. Its very easy to hear negatives about large corporations (only care about numbers, they don't know who you are, etc.). Truthfully, it comes down to what level you work at in a large corporation. The lower you are, the larger the chances you have of not being valued.
As far as Target goes, I think it is a better corporation to work for. It is very career oriented and they have a clear business plan. The people I know like their jobs (although they aren't at the bottom of the chain). I would recommend working for them.

Target sucks. The pay is terrible, they brainwash you with all this creepy "team member" bullsh*t but treat you like a number and not a person. They make it impossible to get full-time hours because they don't want to give you benefits.
I love shopping there though :P
