How can I make som pop-up ads?

I am doing this school assigment and If we can actually get a pop-up ad of an organelle to appaer like those other pop-ups, we get lots of extra-credit. Can you please help me.

It requires u to use a javascript code, so whenever ur page is opened that ad will pop-up

you can make ur own website and have a hyperlink taht open s more than one page open
