holy SH*T, I almost CHocked when I read this

DO NOT GOT TO THE COMPANY---

GO STRAIGHT TO A LAWYER A.S.A.P

I repeat GO TO AN ATTORNEY NOW

do not inform your boss of this, OBVIOUSLY and do not even make threats OR EVEN SUGGESTIONS OF YOUR INTENSIONS: tO PROTECT YOURSELF LEGALLY SO THIS DOESN'T BACKFIRE-- STOP ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITHYOUR BOSS NOW!!!! VERY IMPORTANT

The lawyer will work with you to help get proof of this and then your lawyer will sue

you will get alot of compensation for this

NO lawyer will not charge you up front but rather take a percentage of the suit.So dont worry about any money down.Any lawyer that ask you for money up front will not effectivly represent you.

After the lawsuit, you wont have to work for quite sometime because you will be well off

Trust me I know!

PS: THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE BY WHAT YOUR BOSS DID AND GOING TO THE COMPANY WOULD ONLY CAUSE YOUR COMPNAY TO COVER THINGS UP. WHEN THE LAWSUIT IS FILED THE COMPNAY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BOSS, SO YOUR SUIT WILL MOST LIKELY BE AGAINST THE COMPANY-

Give him a COPY of the tape. If possible type up a copy of the phone conversation and give him a copy.

Let him know that you are also giving the phone conversation to his Superior at corporate and that you are considering legal action.

I am a man and I say sexual harassment of any kind, especially saying you have to sleep, is wrong and should not be tolerated. The reason people like him are able to harass others is that they are scared of losing their job so they do nothing about it.

I would do whatever you can so that this is NOT swept under the floor. You probably are not the first person he has done this to and won't be the last unless you do something about it.

I suggest legal action including the company that you work for. This can NOT continue. I am sorry if I sound a little strong here but this is the only way to get it to stop for you and others!!

obviously this guy is an idiot. First of all any boss knows that they should never say anything like this to an employee. That makes me think what else he has done in the past.
First thing I would do if i was you is to contact the Human Resourse department of this company. Tell them that you have a serious situation and you need a meeting ASAP!. Go to that meeting and play that tape for them. Also tell them that your interested in still working for the company. My guess what is going to happen is that they are going to fire this guy flat out.
When you have a meeting with the HR dept be very professional and tell them that you are consulting an attorney as well (yes get a lawyer.. it's sexual harassment and against the law). They may want to resolve the matter without that kind of action and may just say ok we want this matter over with and we'll give you your job back. Whatever you do, do not just let this matter slide with your old boss. You never know what can happen in the future with a sleeze like this, and my guess is he is gonna try to get somthing on you to hold it over your head as well. Don't ever speak to this guy again. Don't call him, don't contact him and don't give him anything. Put this matter in the hands of your lawyer and the Human Resourse department and see what happens.

This is called Sexual Harrassment. Report him to the corporate office right away, but hold on to the copy tape no matter what you do. Probably go to the corporate office before you go to work. That way, you may not have to see your boss that day. Don't give the copy to the corporate office, since your boss might have friends there. This may seem obvious, but this is essential. This guy doesn't deserve to be anyone's boss. No man or woman should ever have the authority to put someone's job on the line for personal gain (sexual or other activities). Don't (wish to) speak to him if you see him at work. Find out what the office (corporate) will do for disciplinary action to your boss. If you feel he is getting let off easy, hire a lawyer and proceed with more action (legal).

Oh my God, that is soooo sweet. You have hit corporate gold!!! Heres the situation, you dont owe him sh!t. You have the tape! He hires you back or you give corporate the tape. PERIOD! No matter what, under ANY circumstances, do you give him that tape or ANY other!!! YOU HAVE THE POWER!!! F HIM! Nows also a good time to demand a raise! If he tries to negotiate, tell him you'll sue for sexual harassment. That'll check his ***! Not only will he be out of his current job and not able to get another job, but he'll also be making payments to you for being a fool. Hes on your leash now, treat him as such!!! Awesome.

YOU hire an attorney to represent YOU. There does not have to any charges filed - but a third party will be aware of all that's going on and the agreement between you and the boss. I think this will take away the factor of the boss making your work place a living hell and asking for sex. If he does - then file charges and the attorney keeps the tape.

You know, this whole situation sounds extremely far fetched and suspicious. First off, if you left your job for "personal" reasons.... why would you want it back so bad....especialy considering the type of enviornment you'ld be working under ?? Also, how is it that you happened to have a tape recorder handy and just happened to record the exact conversation to incriminate your boss...?? I guess nobody ever told you that recording peoples phone conversation without informing them and getting concent is illegal. Also, you seem to lack any moral fiber whatsoever since you've justified blackmailing him with the tape...so apparently legal and moral obligations mean nothing to you. Personaly, I think you should stop wasting everyones time and get some psychiatric help for these dillusional fantasies that you spend your time coming up with.

You need to talk to a lawyer. You may have done something ilegal if you taped him without his knowlege. But you have not only him but the whole company over the barrel and you have a right to sue the azzes for big bucks. Anyhow - you need to talk to a lawyer so you make the situation work to your benefit and YOU don't wind up getting sued for blackmail or federal communications violations. Don't give the boss the tape. That guy is a moron.

I have seen this before, First off, Call the police and report the incident (Yes Police). If they seem not concerned, contact a lawyer as soon as possible. After you consult with a lawyer, go down to the DA's office and file a complaint. You may in fact get your job back, But after you do these things, you probably will be working with/for someone else. :)

I would speak with a lawyer. What your boss did is 100% illegal...yes illegal, but I would worry about laws concerning the taped conversation. Either way, don't let this guy bully you. A good lawyer could get this joker to cry like the little baby he really is.
