DO something.
I used to be all about talk--planning my dreams instead of living them. But guess what? Life's too short for planning. There's only one stage of life and that's LIVING.
The difference between reality and illusion is willpower, so you just have to find the strength to DO WHAT YOU WANT.
How badly do you want it? Obviously, not badly enough!
Guess what? "It don't matta" what you DO just DO it and have fun DOing it. But please, keep it legal.

Start with little things. Vary your routine, try something new that you thought you would never do...I do not know how old you are, but get out around people as much as you can in a social or entertainment setting. challenge yourself to learn something new and/or do something different every week between now and the end of the year. At the start of the new year, make a collage of everything you want to do/accomplish/have happen in your life and put it somewhere where you will see it every day. Then make yourself a list of what YOU need to do to make the things on your collage a reality in your life. If things are hard for you to do, start with easy things and go from there.

Wayne, take up boxing, I am absolutely serious. It doesn't matter if you're a scrawny beer-bellied long-haired ugly bastard like myself, you go and do it anyways, it does more for you than you would ever believe. Oh, you don't like getting punched in the face or the liver...? Tough, put yourself in that situation and cope with it. Soon enough, you'll be the one giving the 'beatings', but if and only if you go through all the unpleasantness first.
As you can already imagine, what you learn boxing, you can apply to the rest of your life. Plus, good thing about boxing is that your chances of getting hurt are actually quite low. That nonsense about living with a broken nose is just BS, and to prove it, I've been punched full on in the nose, no gloves, no nothing, real fighting, and nothing happens except your eyes water a bit.
Bottom line is, take up something you'd like to run away from, learn and TEACH YOURSELF to deal with it, and you'll come out a better man.
Good luck to you.
A.

Sometimes it feel like this to everyone but don't make it an issue.
If this state of mind is constant then you should do some meditation. This is negative feeling and Yog and meditation helps to recover from this state of mind.
And one thing, don't pay attention to those idiots who suggests to commit suicide. Suicide is not a solution for any problem. And mind it , any person, who commits suicide, because he is sick of life, is the biggest loser and a shame for human race. Be a winner. God has given you a precious life why are you wasting it by bringing such bogus thoughts in your mind. Life is worth living. Compare your life with those who have so many difficulties in their life but who are still surviving and fighting.
Be a fighter. Don't feel hopeless. It is phase of life which will pass away. Just do some Yog and meditation.

First of all, realize that you are the only one who can change anything. No one else can do it for you. You are responsible for your own happiness, and your own involvement in your life and in the lives of those around you.
Most likely, you know the steps you need to take in order to achieve the life you desire... but you simply need to be motivated. Again, you are the only one who can do this.
I was overweight, I was unhappy with how I looked, though I was not really that bad... But, I changed the way I ate, what I ate... and lost 42 pounds. I did it for myself. I also smoked quite a bit, hated it, so... I quit.
When you're fed up with something, it's usually a huge indicator that a change needs to happen. You just need to adopt the "go get it done" attitude. Make the changes you need to make. Realize that it doesn't happen over night... it's a process, a journey... but ultimately, it's one that is worth the effort... to you, if no one else. But you have to set goals... and reach for those. Change your world one step at a time, brother... you can make it. If it's worth it to you, then you can do anything, and have anything you want... no matter the cost.

Every person needs these three things:
1. Something that you do.
2. Something that you love.
3. Something that you hope for.
When we have these, we are content and even happy. When we do not have all three of these things together, we die inside.
The Bible, though heavily critisized, is the only book of TRUE WISDOM in the world - so read the friggin' thing already!

To be honest, so was I. Its part of life to feel like this, its like a warning telling you that something is wrong. Its kind of hard to listen to yourself but don't give up trying, a break from EVERYTHING for about 2 weeks can help you realize allot. Free time without any obligation to anything, time just for you to do what ever you feel like doing. Time for you to be you.
Good luck ;-).

And life is sick of you, lad.
Take these 3 principles to make you happy (Philosophy of the 3 L's):
1. LIVE: live every moment in time as if it where your last.
2. LEARN: learn, and benefit other from your wisdom.
3. LOVE: love, and for God's sake, allow other to love you.

1. Get therapy as soon as possible (a must)
2. Develop a hoby
3. Get control of yourself, spend time reading or keeping yourself busy by doing innocent things.
4. Do not think of doing something drastic even to yourself.
It is a very very bad thing. Remember NEVER do such bad thing. Do not even think of doing it No matter what. Such things are very very bad, okay ? YOu won't understand, but it's true.

you've never lived. existence alone is not life. True fulfillment comes from helping others.
Volunteer, challenge your self everyday to be used , be someones angel.
Find people who seem to be ignored , say hello and introduce your self.
I once heard a story of a nerd , while carrying a lot of books home. Someone knocked them down. this cool kid helped him up with his books and walked him home.
Short story, the nerd was going to kill himself that day.
That simple act of kindness gave him the strength to go on. Be a champion of good.
You won't be sorry and your life will be enriched.
