I dont understand it! I dont eat beans, cabbage, or anything really KNOWN for causing gas..........and yet, sometimes I toot in my sleep and wake myself up! I'm scared Im going to wake my fiancee up! I would be so embarrassed! HELP!

Best way to not have gas is to cut veggies like broccoli out. You could also try a product called Beano. If you are lactose intolerant that can also produce gas. But let me tell you holding the gas in can hurt your body. I doubt he notices you passing gas in your sleep.

passing gas is normal. But I'm with you on the embarrasing part. Few hours before you go to sleep why not take over the counter pills for gas like beano, hope that works.

Everybody farts, but we all fart more in our sleep because as you go to sleep the body relaxes, therefore letting out more gas. The only thing you could do about it would be to stick a cork up your **** however that might be a little painful for you girlfriend also if the pressure builds up and the cork flies out and hits her in the private region. Farting is natural and Im sure you girlfriend wouldn't be to fussed if she heard you fart in your sleep.

Ahhh let nature do its thing. I've been passin gas in my sleep when I jog on the train in the movies once at the hair dresser. Your fiancee will love you any way. For the record your fiancee passes gas also.

Try drinking a ginger ale or pepsi before you go to sleep and if that doesn't help check with your doctor you might have acid reflux. Honestly though, if your mate isnt complaining or if you sleep by yourself don't even worry about.
