Wife walked out after giving me an ultimatum. She wasn't even reasonable to ask me to do something that I just can't do. Then she calls me just to say hey and tell me that she misses me. What's up with that? Does she want to work things out now or what? She won't say what's on her mind, never has.
What do yall think?

She still loves you. Probably feels very conflicted. Whatever the problem was, she felt it serious enough to go. But she still wants and loves you, and that is what keeps her coming back. As long as she is trying to communicate with you, then the possibility is still there for reconciliation if you want it.
So.......decide if you are willing. If not, adjust the tone, and let her know that you aren't interested in maintaining a friendship or any further communication.

hmm first of all perhaps sit down with her and consider counseling. An ultimatum huh, that's not good. It takes 2 to make a marriage work and 2 to break it up. COMMUNICATION is key. She needs to open up and talk and you need to actively listen.

She wants what she doesn't have, and when she gets you back and nothing has changed, she will again walk out. Even if you did change for her she probably wouldn't be happy. End it now before you waste anymore time.

This lady wants to have her cake and eat it too!!!!! Don't let your self be used You deserve to be treated with respect. She likes having her new live and the old one to go back to when ever she can it called security. Don't be her security blanket.

Sounds like she regrets leaving....maybe she hopes you'll stop whatever you were doing...and she is wanting you to tell her you'll stop (whatever it was) if she'll just come back. If you can't or won't stop whatever it was be upfront and tell her that (whatever) is not going to change if you get back together...she'll have to accept it if she returns.(If you even want her to)

when a woman gives you an ultimatium they want you to choose the one that will keep them in your life, she never really wanted to leave you is my guess.
